Who is gathering your information?
Hart Performance Coaching will collect personal data when you register for coaching services. The HPC representative is Paul Hart contactable via paul@hartperformancecoaching.com.
The information we gather & why
HPC stores general contact information provided by individuals, with their consent. This can include but not be limited to: name, DOB, phone number, email address, postal address, height/weight, job title / location, sporting history.
HPC use this information to understand your needs and provide you with the most suitable coaching programme. All the above information is not compulsory for coaching services but could reduce the quality of the service you receive and may result in HPC deciding not to provide coaching services.
How long we retain your information?
HPC keep personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary. Data will be kept up to date and changes made as required.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. All information is stored electronically and is password protected. The password is only known to Paul Hart. No personal information is passed on to any other individuals or organisations.
If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. You have the right to request us to rectify your personal data if is inaccurate or incomplete. You also have the right to request we delete or remove your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
Testimonials
Testimonial videos, photos and statements are provided by clients who have given their permission for testimonials to be used on the Hart Performance Coaching website and social media platforms. HPC will stop using an individual’s video or image at the individual’s request.

HPC uses products to analyse traffic to its website to understand visitor needs. A cookie is a small file which enables this. Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
